Hi guys, today we are going to tell you about strange events. We are used to watch television and listen to news about politics or sport. But if you surf on Internet you can find a lot of strange news like a girl who sent a message to the police for help with her homework or a waitress who drags a giant lizard out of a restaurant.
Let’s start
with the first news:
1) Girl contacts policeman for help with her homework - his
answer leaves him red-faced.
Police are used to problem solving, so when a little girl
reached out and asked for some help with her maths homework, they were happy to
help.Ten-year-old
Lena Draper sent a Facebook message to her local police department explaining
she was having a bit of trouble with her homework assignment. Instead of
pointing her in the direction of her teacher, or her parents, Lt. B.J. Gruber
decided to respond to her plea for help with a simple: "Ok with
what?". Eager Lena quickly shared the offending question (8+29)x15 and was given
this helpful tip: "Do the numbers in the parenthesis first so in essence
it would be 37 x 15."
2) Woman marrying herself after being inspired by episode of
Friends
A woman is marrying herself. She's not the first. In May last year, Sophie Tanner, 37, from Brighton,
had a solo wedding after 20 years of apparently unsuccessful dating. Lynne's
planning to have a ceremony in April. She's having a full-blown white wedding,
with a traditional dress and marriage party. She's going to Rome for a
honeymoon.
3) Insanely flexible woman can limbo under a CAR - with a
tray of drinks
Shemika Charles, also known as The Limbo Queen, has a truly
amazing talent - and you won't believe it until you see it.Incredibly, Shemika
can limbo underneath a CAR while carrying a tray of drinks. And she doesn't
touch the ground once. The Limbo Queen shared a video of herself shimmying
under the Toyota 4x4 ,
wearing a red catsuit, as she balanced two trays filled with beverages.
4) Family finds the world's biggest bran flake and is now
trying to sell it for £1,000 on eBay
A man has claimed to have found the world's biggest bran
flake- and is now hoping to fetch £1,000 for it on eBay. Steven Marriott, 44,
wondered why nothing was coming out of the cereal package when he opened the
new box for his nine-year-old son, Oscar. He quickly realised a massive single
bran flake was blocking the inner bag of the Kellogg's cereal. The giant flake,
which measures 14cm by 10cm (5.5in by 4in), eventually fell out of the box
along with a small piece measuring 7cm by 4cm.
5) Fearless French waitress drags hungry giant lizard out of
a restaurant by its Tail after it wandered in
A fearless French waitress had to remove a giant lizard from
a restaurant with her bare hands. The video shows the giant reptile being
dragged away by its tail as shocked customers watch the bizarre scenes in
bemusement. It appeared that the lizard had accidentally wandered onto the
terrace of Mimosa Wines restaurant in New South Wales, Australia. The brave
waitress was forced to drag the reptile by its tail in order to get it out of
the diner as customers cheered her on.
