Hi all guys, today I wanted to talk to you about the grammy awards. The Grammys are the greatest recognition that an artist can get, in fact the night of the Grammy is considered on a par with that of the Oscars. Artists can be nominated in 105 different categories where the choice of the winner is decided by an expert jury.
As we know, the sixty-third edition took place this year, so let's see what were the most memorable moments of these 65 editions.
Beyoncé
Beyonce has always been one of the Grammy's most loved artists, she had already made history when in 2020 she became the most awarded female artist. But the release of her latest album Renaissance last July led her to win 4 new awards reaching 32, which allowed her to become the most awarded artist in the entire history of these awards.
Already in 2009 she became the youngest artist to win the ALBUM OF THE YEAR award with her album Fearless, but since then she has received this award in the 2016 edition with the album 1989 and in 2020 with the album Folklore which made her the first woman to receive this award 3 times and one of the very few artists to do so.
Another much loved Grammy winner is Adele. With her second and third albums she won all the awards in the scategories he was nominated for, but with the latest edition in 2023 she won the best pop vocal performance award for the fourth time thanks to the song Easy on me after having already obtained it in 2012 2013 and 2016.
Finally we have Billie Eilish who, with her debut album , When we all fall asleep, where do we go on the 2020 show won all the main categories in a single evening: album of the year, song of the year , record of the year and best new artist, becoming the first in history to do so.
