10 THINGS I HATE ABOUT YOU (1999)
If you love enemies to lovers love
stories, 10 things I hate about you is for you. It is a romantic comedy about two
sisters, Bianca and Kat Stratford and their love stories. The two sisters are just one another opposite:
Bianca is vain, popular at school and everyone wants to go out with her, while Kat is
strong, angry and sarcastic. The title of the movie is inspired to a poem that we find in Shakespeare's The Taming of the Shrew. The movie is, in
fact, a cinematographic adaptation of the play set in 2000s. It is funny, light and perfect to be seen if you are in a romantic mood.
QUATTRO META’ (2022)
It is an Italian movie that wants to answer to the question whether soul mates really exist. In the movie, we have two different versions of the same story and four protagonists: Chiara, an anaesthetist, Giulia, a researcher, Dario, a lawyer, and Matteo, who works for a publishing company. In the movie we can see what might happen if Giulia and Dario / Matteo and Chiara had a relationship but also what might happen if the couples were changed into Giulia and Matteo / Chiara and Dario. It is a really good movie, really interesting to see. You can find it on Netflix.
LADY HAWKE (1985)
It is a cult of the 80s and one of the most
beautiful love stories of all times. If you love the fantasy genre, this movie is perfect for you. It is set in the 13th
century and tells the story of Philippe, a prisoner that meets a man with a
beautiful hawk who tries to help him. But one night Philippe meets a woman with
a black wolf and then he discovers the truth about the two animals. The
movie is a race against time, full of action and mysteries. It is beautiful,
poetic and you can immerse yourself in its medieval atmosphere, and live like in a
fairy tale for a while.
HE’S JUST NOT THAT INTO YOU (2009)
It is a bind of different stories set in
Baltimore. The movie is a rom-com focused on different types of
romantic relationships. It describe what women fall for and what they
struggle with when in love or involved in relationships. It is light, funny and filled with beautiful romantic scenes. I recommend you to watch it because it must be
seen at least once in a life time if you are a romantic girl. You can find it on Netflix. I hope you'll enjoy

LETTERS TO
JULIET (2010)
It is set in Italy, in the city of Verona. In Verona, as you know, you can visit Juliet’s house, where a lot of girls and women leave letters about their love troubles and Juliet’s secretary answers them. The movie tells the story of Sophie, who travels to Italy from New York and goes to Verona with her boyfriend. She finds an old letter addressed to Juliet and wants to find the woman who wrote it. After she finds the woman, she meets her nephew too, who is protective and stubborn. It is a beautiful adventure across the Italian countryside and a great love story. You can't miss it!
