Hi everyone! Welcome back to our blog. Today we're going to talk about being famous and rich, a very interesting topic. Let’s discover more!
Being famous and rich is one of the life goals of many young people. There are people who like
becoming public property, being acknowledged by the others and being at the
centre of their attention; but there are other who don’t like that so much. Of course,
we can say that there are both
advantages and disadvantages in being popular.
A well-known person hasn’t got any financial problems: he
could go to the best colleges and schools of his country and buy what he likes
when he likes. He’s always stopped by the other people who want his autograph, a
selfie or even a kiss! When he does something, everybody knows.
As a matter of fact, a famous person doesn’t have a very private life: the press continuously
works around him, looks for information about his relationships and his moves.
He never knows what is in store for him; for example a new love or a quarrel
with someone. He isn’t free to show his real personality, because he must show
himself as diplomatic as he can and he’d
better not to show his real feelings. He hasn’t got many friends, because he
can’t go out with them as a normal boy would do.
As I said before, being famous isn’t very easy because you
must be ready to sacrifice your freedom. You also have to decide for yourself, to make your
own choices. For these reasons, I wouldn’t like to become a famous person, nor a
king or a prince, I prefer to be an ordinary guy who can live his life freely and
be himself.
