ONE OF THE BRIGHTEST MINDS OF THE 21st CENTURY: ELON MUSK

 

Do you know who Elon Musk is? He is one of the brightest minds of the 21st century and his business projects demonstrate his vision for the future.

Already at a young age Elon was interested in technology,  at 10 he developed his first program and at 12 he sold his first videogame.

In 1989 he arrived in Canada and began studying at Queen University, then completed his studies in the United States and graduated in Physics and Economics at the University of Pennsylvania. With his brother Kimbal he founded the Global link information network.

PAY PAL

 

His first major project was PayPal, founded in 1999, it  is one of the most famous and widely used online payment systems. The platform worked so well that the giant Ebay decided to buy it in 2002.

 

SPACEX

 

In 2002 he founded the largest extraterrestrial travel company, SpaceX. Elon has always been fascinated by space. His biggest dream is to colonize the red planet, Mars. His purpose is to colonize the planet before the end of the century. The great revolution that Elon brought is the first fully recyclable rocket, Falcon 9, which, after refueling the ISS (International Space Station) or after sending a satellite into orbit, can return to Earth completely autonomously. As early as 2022 Elon wants to land Man on Mars.

TESLA MOTORS

 

Elon also manages to revolutionize the world of cars, founding Tesla Motors in 2003. Tesla is the first car factory to produce all-electric cars.

The first car to be produced was Tesla Roadster in 2008. A super car capable of reaching 200 km / h. Despite the exaggerated cost of production and of the market, the machine was a good success.

 

It was so  successful that Elon built a new electric sedan in 2012, Model S.

 

The following year Elon made a new car, but this time it was a SUV, Model X.

 

In 2016 he built a new sedan Model 3, which had 500,000 bookings.

 

  The latest model in circulation, presented in 2019, is Model Y, a new SUV that takes the appearance of   Model X.

 

Also in 2019, he presented the Cuber Truck, an electric pickup that will be released in the next few years.

 

HYPERLOOP

 

HyperLoop is another great Musk project. Elon would like to create tunnels with very low internal pressure, in order to push capsules at very high speeds. So as to facilitate the transport of people and goods.

 

NEURALINK

Finally, his other project is Neuralink, a project with which Musk wants to connect the human brain with artificial intelligence. He would like to implant a chip in the brain, with which to connect man and technology. Thanks to this project Elon would like to design a chip that would be able to cure some brain diseases.
