INFLUENCERS

It's information time! Almost everyone - teenager, adult, or elderly person - has a social media profile. If we take Instagram as an example there is always someone who has more followers than us and I mean big numbers. They are called influencers and by definition they are people who deal with "influencing” their followers through social media. Advertising products of any kind they manage to change people's opinions about  the products they normally used. They show off their lives  24/7 and have created a job where before there was only a waste of time.

There are different types of influencers:

– Social broadcasters, identifiable in high-profile characters (stars of the entertainment world, sports, etc.) who have built their popularity outside the Network.

– Mass influencers, individuals with a strong presence on social media and large following who are recognized as experts in a specific field by the communities with whom they interact.

– Potential influencers,  all those who, by virtue of their communicative and aggregating power, are potentially influential for their network of knowledge, usually small communities. These are very active users in social networks who are committed to building their own reputation in the networks with which they relate. They are called micro-influencers if they enjoy a large following on social media and manage to create strong ties with their followers.

Of course, there are many famous influencers all over the world. Let's see the list of the most followed influencers:

Huda Beauty – Real name Huda Kattan, is a famous make-up artist and blogger. It owns assets of over $550 million, has created a product line, and offers a simple but direct approach.

Cameron Dallas – Idol of teenagers, is an actor and a model, got to success thanks to Youtube and then landed on Instagram.

Chiara Ferragni – Known all over the world, the digital entrepreneur is the creator of The Blonde Salad, the blog, then landed on Instagram, with which she conquered the world.

Jeffree Star – The American make up artist has come to success in the 2000s with MySpace. Today, Hollywood divas also use the products created by this influencer.

Kayla Itsines – Australian personal trainer, Kayla gives her followers sports and wellness advice. Over time she has become a highly regarded influencer, going so far as to create ebooks and apps to plan meals and training sessions.

And you, would you like to be an influencer? Do you prefer to be a spectator or would you like to be on the other side of the camera?
