How do you spend your
free time?
Having free time is very important because in those moments you focus on yourself. I understood that in our life even in the most challenging or complicated moments, we have to take some time for ourselves. Even when it isn’t the best moment, it’s right to unplug, recover from our hectic everyday life.
You can decide to spend
your free time alone, with your family, with friends, or as you see fit. The
fact is that everyone should be committed to making the most of their time. This
won’t only allow you to enjoy healthy free time, but also to return to your
activities with a fresh and more active mind.
#dedicatedTOyourselfactivities
Many times at to end of the day I find myself unsatisfied with how I spent it, so here are some tips to understand how to best spend our free time:
#1 make a list
I suggest you make a
list of all the things that make you feel good (even the smallest gestures).
#2 select
Select the activities
that inspire you the most, based on your mood, the day, and the season.
#3 explore
Don’t put limits to your imagination.
#4 practicality
Use all the things you
have at your disposal.
#5 start
Are you a guy who likes
to do something creative?
I think each of us has
a creative side. What better time to cultivate a passion than in your free
time? I particularly love cooking, and doing chores, so when I have time I
dedicate myself to these activities. But now it’s up to you, what creative activity do you want to
do? If you do not want to do activities alone you can take part in
group courses, or play music, paint, write or do any sport.
If you find yourself at
home alone? How can you spend your time?
What you choose will
depend on your mood. If you are a book lover you can start reading a new
book, or if you are a sports person you can do exercise.
Instead, if you are a
person who likes studying you can dedicate your spare time to that. What is important is that everyone dedicates free time to themselves, so that
they can feel at ease and make also the people around them feel fine.
Said this, my advice is: Do whatever you think can make you feel good.
