THE MYSTERY OF THE MONOLITHS

This is a mystery that we haven’t been able to explain since 18 November 2020 and the theories on these mysterious metal pillars are a lot. On social media everything is hypothesized: it could be a "new wave" piece of art, or it could be a reproduction of the famous alien monument from Stanley Kubrick's film "2001 A Space Odyssey".  Maybe, who knows, it was the aliens who installed it ...

THE UTAH DESERT

All begins in the Utah desert, when the pilot Bret Hutchings saw a strange object planted in the ground, it was a  metal structure 3mt high.  At first the authorities didn’t reveal the coordinates but then some reddit users were able to find them thanks to the videos published. Nine days later the monolith disappeared but this time Ross Bernards, a photographer, was able to record 4 men that  were taking the monolith away.

THE MONOLITH IN ROMANIA

While in the USA people were talking about the theft that took place in the night, on the other side of the world, in Romania, another monolith appeared; this was 4 mt high and, as opposed to the monolith of the Utah desert, he had different decorations.

THE MONOLITH IN CALIFORNIA

Then we return to America, in California, on the top of the Pine Mountain where another monolith appeared, very similar to the others (3 mt high and made of steel) but this time the monolith was unstable. Maybe it was assembled too quickly.

THE TRUTH BEHIND THE MYSTERY

On 7 November 2020, in New York, photos, videos, 3d projects  and interviews were published on Instagram by a group of artists called “The most famous artist”; they said that the monoliths had been made by them. Moreover,  copies of the monoliths were sold for $45,000 each.

But the mystery remains for some followers, as one Internet user writes: "Hey,  it looks different, the first seems to have a  90 degrees angle and the second has 60 degrees on all sides", and another replies ironically: " Because they are not the original creators of the monoliths "alluding to easy money.
