So I wondered why do people like to watch this kind of programmes so much?

Hi guys, today I would like to talk to you about IL COLLEGIO (The college) , a reality show that has been running on Italian TV for 5 years and has become more and more popular.  This reality show is focused on the lives of 20 kids who have to live for a month in a boarding school set in the past trying to prepare for eighth grade.

A reality show  is a television entertainment program in which reality is reported in the form of irony. people of all kinds, men and women, famous and not,  participate in these programs and being simply themselves and not playing a role,  they try to live the reality show to the best by doing what is proposed to them.

In recent years several funny and intriguing shows have been created in many parts of the world and today I’d like to make a list of the five most absurd among English or American reality shows.

Just a few days ago Netflix released the second season of Insatiable.

Insatiable is a tv series, starring Debby Rayan as main protagonist. It is about Patty (Debby) that is overweight and for this reason she has just one friend while all the others bully her and call her ‘Fatty Patty’.

What's Lucifer?

Lucifer is a tv series written by Tom Kapinos, who is also the executive producer with Len Wisema. This series is about Lucifer Morningstar who, bored with his sulking life in hell, comes to live in Los Angeles. While there, he helps humanity with its miseries through his experience and telepathic abilities to bring people's deepest desires and thoughts out. After meeting a girl in his nightclub (called Lux), a shootout involving him and the girl, leads him to become an LAPD consultant who tries to punish people for their crimes through law and justice.

If you know Christopher Nolan you’ve probably seen these movies and I’m glad to share with you mates!   If you don't know him, I must first of all tell you he is an outstanding filmmaker, screenwriter and producer. To be honest I think he's just an amazing genius. He has directed quite a few great movies and you have probably heard about them, if not seen them.

IN MEMORY OF PAUL WALKER

Three years have passed since the death of a famous actor, Paul Walker. He was an actor and a filmmaker and everybody knows him because he starred in the street racing action film Fast & Furious as Brian O'Conner. We've personally loved this actor since we saw the first film of the Fast And Furious series. Even though it is the most famous film he starred in, it isn't the only one he was in! OUR TOP 10 TV SERIES

We like watching TV series. We watch them for fun or escapism but,  sometimes,  we also watch them in the original language with subtitles to improve our English.  Today we want to share with you our top ten favourite series.

The series follows the main character, Ted Mosby, and his group of friends in Manhattan. As a framing device, Ted, in the year 2030, recounts to his son and daughter the events that led him to meeting their mother.

The Plot

The world we knew is gone. An epidemic has hit USA : It transforms everybody into zombies. A therapy hasn’t been discovered yet.

In this apocalyptic scenario people who are still alive have to survive escaping from zombies and killing them. But there is also another enemy: other survivors who kill people to protect themselves and their primary goods because they are lacking.

The main character is Rick Grimes, a former policeman who, after waking up from a coma caused by a gunshot wound, is forced to live in this unthinkable situation.

After finding his son Carl and his wife Lori, he cooperates with a group  of people to survive. But even collaboration is hard in this situation…
