Hi guys! We are back to tell you about this awesome TV series, Vikings. You can guess it is about the blonde, tall and fierce warriors who lived in Denmark and Scandinavia if you studied them at school like us.
Vikings is a historical Canadian TV series. It’s set in 9th century Scandinavia, when the legendary earl and later king Ragnar Lothbrok, starts conquering new lands, with the help of his family and crew.
Despite a lot of friends and allies, Ragnar will meet the opposition of many powerful men, warriors, kings and even Gods.

Originally it had to be a mini-series but after the first season it was renewed for a second season because it was awarded favourable ratings by critics up to be compared to the famous Game of Thrones, Rome or Spartacus.
Subsequently the series was renewed for 3 seasons, so the following one may also be the last one…
We must say that the setting is marvellous! Watching Vikings you’ll be able to admire impressive landscapes such as impressive mountains, but if you are too sensitive, you shouldn’t watch it, since it’s full of bloody scenes!
We couldn’t watch the fourth season because in our country it will premier in December 2017, but we are looking forward to watching it and thinking about a probable ending…
Have you ever watched a historical TV series or movie? Personally we like them a lot because if you like History at school, you can make the subject become even more interesting, let’s say… alive!
As we said at the beginning of this post the main character, Ragnar, will meet the opposition of the Gods. In fact he will be very confused when he discovers new religions…we think that this is the most touching part of the story we have watched so far.
Thank you for reading the post, guys! Let us know if you are a fun like us of this TV series and what you particularly like.
